Whether it is the newest phone, tablet or laptop, we are all intrigues by improved technology and how it can make life better. Will it get us information faster, are we able to do more with a smaller thing, is it possible to get all of the tools we need into something that will fit in the palm of your hand. That is where we are heading and it seems more and more likely with each passing day. Being able to be in touch and do our work while on the go is always a big deal and challenge we face.
We feel as though we need to be in contact and in touch with everyone all of the time and we are always looking for gadgets that will allow us to be able to do that. Think about how much a cell phone has progressed in the last 20 years. It has gone from a device that was used simply as a way to call someone on the phone when you were not at home and to be able to be contacted to where it is now a portable office. Think about the fact that you are able to call, text, research and even write documents if necessary from the palm of your hand. How can we not feel as though we need to be in touch with our job and everyone else if we are now so easily accessed?
However, it is not just with your phone. It used to be that you needed to at least have a desktop computer to be able to accomplish anything. It has now progressed to the point where you will simply need a portable tablet and you can do all you could on a desktop in your lap and on the go. This is just what has occurred in the last 5 years. Consider what new and fun gadgets will be out there in the next 10 years and what you will be able to do from anywhere. It will be like the Jetsons have become reality and not cartoon fantasy.
